Beginner — Set the tone for your Mardi Gras party by decorating your invitations with glitter in the rich colors of the festival.

Supplies
- Computer, Inkjet Printer (Apple, Hewlett Packard)
- Photoshop (Adobe)
- Pure White 5 1/2” x 5 1/2” Flat Cards (The Paper Source)
- Jester Stamp (Third Coast Rubber Stamps)
- India Ink Black Pad (Stewart Superior)
- ColorBox Stylus Tool with Square Tip (Clearsnap)
- Mellow Moss Ink Pad (Stampin' Up!)
- Pale Plum Ink Pad (Stampin’ Up!)
- Elmer’s Glue-All (Borden)
- Brush (Artist’s Own)
- Aqua Opaque Glitter (Art Institute Glitter)
- Grape Opaque Glitter (Art Institute Glitter)

Instructions
1. Set up the text for your invitation using your computer and Adobe Photoshop. Font shown is Curlz. Print design on Pure White Square card.
2. Stamp Jester in lower left of card.
3. Using Stylus Tool, stamp Mellow Moss and Pale Plum diamonds across top and bottom of invite as shown, alternating colors. These will serve as a guide for glittering the harlequin design.
4. Use brush to apply a thin coat of white glue to all of the Pale Plum diamonds and apply Grape glitter.
5. Use brush to apply a thin coat of white glue to all of the Mellow Moss diamonds and apply Aqua glitter.
